Saudade Shipping Policy
At Saudade, we want every rental to arrive on time. All orders are shipped via express delivery (typically 3β4 business days) before your rental date with prepaid return label included.

- With Signature Required: $18 (recommended for safe delivery)
*We ship from Hellertown, Pennsylvania, and deliver nationwide.

Delivery Timing
Once you place your order, you'll get a confirmation via email before dispatch. After confirmation, we ship your dress to arrive no later than the first day of your rental period, and whenever possible, earlierβfor peace of mind and styling time.
If you live in a rural location or Alaska/Hawaii, we recommend ordering at least 5β6 days in advance to ensure timely arrival.
Your Responsibilities
Choose a safe delivery location. Signature on delivery, PO boxes, parcel lockers, or business addresses are safest. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked βdeliveredβ by the carrier.
If you're placing a last-minute order (2 days or less), you are responsible for any risks of delayed delivery (refer to refund policy).
Returns
Every rental includes a prepaid return label and reusable packaging. Simply drop your dress at any USPS location on the last day of your rental.
If returning via a street mailbox, you accept the risk of loss. For security, we recommend getting a receipt at a post office counter.
If a return goes missing and no proof of lodgment is provided, the renter is liable for the full retail value of the item.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If a dress goes missing in transit on its way to you, Saudade assumes responsibility and will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If a return goes missing on the way back to us, the customer is responsible unless there is proof of lodgment at a USPS location.
